Has anyone done the GF Photoshoot?

Has anyone done the GF photoshoot? Did you have to tell the Photographer where you wanted the pictures or did they help you out with great places and ideas? Can you see the MK Castle at all?

I'd love to see pictures if you have any to share.

We did the GF shoot last Sept. We couldn't see the castle but we did get nice shots on the sandy beach area, the main staircase inside, and by fountains. She had suggestions and let us pick locations as well. Sorry I don't know how to post pictures but they turned out really well.

do they offer this at any other resorts, say, the Polynesian?? It seems like a great way to get nice pics of the whole family but GF is not really our thing (no offense to anyone)

They just recently added the Poly and SSR as Photo Sessions spots. The photographer that we had last month told us that they are also looking into being set up to do the photo sessions at AKL and WL hopefully by the end of the year.

To the OP we didn't get any shots with the castle in the background but the Poly was in a few. The photographer pretty much lead us to spots for the pictures and if we wanted anything else we could have told her. She was great and I love the pictures that we had taken.

We did the GF - she asked if we wanted the photos inside or out - I asked for out - we took pictures in the garden & that was it. I would have liked photos on the beach but I didn't realize that we could request them until after Icame back. They were not bad but next time I am going to ask where else we can take the photos = the photog made it sound like the garden was the only area they took the photos.

We did the GF photoshoot this past Christmas. The photographer had a varity of places to shoot at around the resort. In all, she took 65 pictures all around the resort, Gingerbread House and Christmas tree. We were very plesed with all of the pictures.

We did the GF photo shoot three weeks ago and it was great. As we were walking to the stairs, I told the photographer that I wanted mostly pictures outside. We had them done by the outside railings, the fountains, the flower garden/grass area, and the beach. The were the best pictures. Our photographer was the best. I was so pleased that I am going to book it for my parents to do when they go in December for their 40th wedding anniversary. We are going to request the same photographer is possible.

We had the photo shoot done at the GF and it was okay. My DH surprised me with it after a surprise makeover at the BibbityBobbityBoutique and the photographer was making fun of my hair extension and laughing with his co-workers which I found to be very unprofessional. Besides that our pictures came back okay. We asked to have some on the beach and our photographer said he didn't have time for that. Here are a couple of our pics. Maybe other people had a better experience than us

Our Grand Floridian photo shoot was great. Our photographer carried us to at least 6 locations (inside and out) including the beach and had us facing to where the castle was in the background. He took 113 photos but keep in mind there are 5 in my family so I don't know if they normally take that many if it's a smaller family. Photos turned out really good and I would definately do this in the future!

We did it in October and I was pretty happy with the results. We had the first appointment of the morning. We're doing it again this month and also doing the one at the Poly. I think it's a great deal for family pics. I will definitely be asking for more outdoor shots this time, I liked those best. She took about 45 pics in the half hour.
