Has Anyone done NYE on cruise? Thoughts?

We are thinking of booking a cruise for New Year's Eve. Any thoughts? Is it really worth the extra cost (pretty expensive)

Do it!!! We did a NYE on the Fantasy a couple of years ago. Our favorite cruise with Disney. Want to do another one.
