I have just booked the MSEP FP+ for March 19. The parade is my favorite thing and a must-do, and my husband hates the waiting on the curb for 90 minute thing so this is a no-brainer for us. I have a couple of questions. MSEP is scheduled for 9:00 pm, my FP arrival is at 8:40.
What time should I arrive at the FP area, and what is the seating like?
Also, can we just stay there and wait for Wishes?
What is the Wishes view like from there (I'm thinking it might be too close)?

Thanks!

I believe we arrived about an hour early for the 7 o'clock parade to make sure we got a front row. The FP+ area does not guarantee a front row, just an area. The 9 o'clock parade is usually less crowded I believe.

We arrive about 8:20-8:25 and were 2nd in line. We found out where the line formed and then hug around the hub until we saw the first people get in line. We were able to get a rope spot directly in front of the castle. If you arrive 35-40 minutes before, I don't think you should have an issue getting a rope spot.

We arrived at 8:30ish for the 9:00 parade. We got right in front. I think it depends on how crowded it is and when you're going. Funny, I actually have a FP+ that night for the MSEP as well, but for the later one. May not need it for the 11:00 one, but I love the fact that you're right in front of the castle. :goodvibes

You can stay there for Wishes if you want, but I don't recommend it. They take the ropes down, so it's a swarm of people for a while, and you can't see Wishes that well from that area.
