Has anyone done a cleanse??

Hello CB,

I'm a TB regular, but I thought I'd venture over here to ask about this subject.
My mom & I are planning to do a cleanse this month, we're going for the "wild Rose" cleanse I think because a co-worker of hers has done that one.
I was just wondering if anyone has done a cleanse before and how it worked/how you felt during & afterwards.
