Has anyone bought a package through Jet Blue?

Good morning! Has anyone ever bought a package through JetBlue? We are arriving at POR on May 16 and haven't received anything in the mail yet. The CM I talked to said that they send our packets/Mickey Mail to Jet Blue and they send it to us.

Is it normal for JetBlue to take so long?

Thanks. That's my plan. I just am not able to do it until later tonight. I just thought someone might have had a similar experience.

I've yet to book a getaway/hotel through JetBlue but I've had some trouble with flights and my frequent flyer miles before. Whenever I call they're always really helpful and get things sorted out right away.
