We just booked our flights for our June trip. Round trip from Detroit to MCO was $179 (per person) including all taxes on Spirit Airlines. We didn't think that was bad at all!!! :cool1:

Who else has booked flights? Did you get a good price? :wizard:

I booked for our August trip in October. We are using skymiles, so we got a great price! In our market, it doesn't pay to wait for good fares to come because prices only go up.

We booked President's Week Feb 18th - 25th 2006 for $200.00 round trip AA down, & Spirit back, non stop

Also, booked Jersey weekNov 2006 (busy) for $178.00 RT with Delta Nov 8th - Nov 12th we had comp tickets for being bumped last Nov 2005 Jersey Week (which we paid only 115.00 rt direct flight)

I try not to pay more than 200.00 for a direct flight. It seems to be getting harder & lot's of searching to find a great deal.

I have never flew with Spirit has anyone flow with them? Was it a good experience?

Thanks

Patricia

Not yet, but will be pretty soon. I have to book flights for Oct.

I've been looking for a good fare for my May trip, but haven't found what I'm looking for yet. I'll probably book something soon on JetBlue, and if it ends up being cheaper, call them and ask about a credit, as they are very good about that.

I am trying to book flights for Jersey week: Nov. 5 -12, but so far I haven't found any good deals for direct flights leaving from Newark. Continental seems high for the times I want, so I'm waiting for JetBlue to post their flights for Nov.

I booked flights for my June trip in November. Got a decent rate from my home airport, even though it is Delta. 98% of the time, I prefer to fly Delta, so I went with it. It is a trip for my nephew's 10th b-day, so I figured I'd take the chance with Delta instead of taking a chance of having to travel to a different airport. Now looking for my b-day trip for August.

We booked our February School Vacation week tix at 331 days, so back in March '05 on Song (while it lasts).

As for the Thxgiving 2006 ressies I just made at BWV, I think we'll hold on for JetBlue to come out with its Nov 2006 fares. What with Song being reabsorbed into Delta, I want to make sure that my kids are distracted by TV or movies during the flight; since only JetBlue will guarantee that for us, I'll hold on for now.

Booked our March trip last week. Under $200 from Detroit to Orlando on Northwest. Since we were coming home at the beginning of SB I was having a horrible time trying to find decent rates. Then NW came out and YEAH!!!

I just booked our airfare for our trip 5/15-5/19, I booked with Airtran, $176.90 each with tax included. I have gotten lower prices with Southwest in the past, but right now their prices are higher and I wanted to get the airfare booked and out of the way.

We booked our Feb 3-11 trip back in october, $79 per person each way, direct flight on song out of boston. We wont book our next december trip until probably march or april.

We just booked last week for our trip at the end of June. We paid $230 pp from Muskegon to MCO. Since we normally fly out of Chicago around $180pp, we decided that it was actually more economical to fly out of Muskegon (which is less than 5 minutes from our home). :sunny:

Earlier this month I booked flights on Delta for our October trip. The cost was $535 for the 3 of us. We are flying out of Indy and stop in Cincy on the way down and Atlanta on the way home. We have all of our seats assigned together.

We used to fly on ATA but they no longer fly in/out of Indy. :sad2: I was going to wait for AirTran but I wanted to get the airfare out of the way. On AirTran we probably could have gotten non-stop flights (and paid more to select our seats at the time of purchase) but I didn't have the patience to wait & watch for the schedule to be released (in May?).

I booked our tickets for August, 2006 on Saturday.

Round trip, non-stop from DFW to MCO was just over $232 per person on American. That is the price the tickets have been for at least a couple of months. I started looking at tickets around the end of October, and I was thinking we were going in June. By the end of November we had switched to going in August, so I started looking at tickets for then. Same price no matter which flight or which day.

We booked our October, 2005 tickets in May, 2005 and by the time we were ready to leave the price had almost tripled. Once in awhile I will get e-mails from Travelocity with flights around $173 but they are always short notice and mid-week. Better to just get it out of the way, I think!

I already got my tickets for 10/06.. A little early, I know, but it was a good deal, don't normally see them this low on Delta..They were $179 round trip (including fees, tax, etc) BOS-MCO and back.

We booked our Feb 2006 trip out of Dtw on Airtran for 158 per person back in Aug. We have not seen that price since then! I look at it as anything less than $200 per person is good! Have a great time! :flower: :flower:

Well, I don't like to brag (yes I do) . . . but, booked our Jan 2006 trip on SWA for $49.00 each way ALB to MCO.
Then got a ding fare a few days later and re-booked for $34.00 each way!!!!!!
SWA is #1 :cool1:

Just booked our Oct trip for 178.00 a person, flying on Midwest Airlines. I thought that was a good price. Milwaukee to Orlando, non-stop.
