Just wanted to give you all a heads up for anyone traveling "Thanksgiving Week" 2006.

That sounds like a great price! Were they direct flights, and were they from Newark airport? We are still waiting to book our Nov. 06 flights. I'd really prefer to fly from Newark on a direct flight, so I'm waiting to see what Jetblue will have to offer. I don't know when they will post their Nov. flights. Maybe not until Feb or March. Also, thanks so much for taking the time to look up all of that flight info for me.

Hi Michboro,

I had to book for 18 people. We are going on the "Wonder" for Thanksgiving.

Due to work, half are different times & dates to go down. Coming home, we are leaving Nov 26th 2006 One of the busiest day of the year to fly. Ugh........

All were *direct* and in the ball park of $200.00 round trip. We are all leaving from Newark taking CO.$79.00 a piece. Coming home all but 5 are flying into Newark direct CO.(different times again) Some fares were $79.00 & some were $100.00

My family, the final 5 are coming into LGA direct with Delta $89.00 LGA is closer than Newark for us. We are splurging for car service to pick us up.

Michboro, please note, that I booked us all, one way down, & then looked for flights home, one way again. I wanted to try to keep our fare low, for I know that the fares will go sky high.

Look today, CO out of EWR prices are very good.

How in the world did you guys get rates so cheap?!?!?!?!?!? I know part of our problem is we are going during peak season (1st week of April) but the cheapest roundtrip we could get is out of Dayton OH on TranAir $2160 for 6 people!

Booked our Aug 2006 trip in Nov 05. RT out of Newark to MCO for 220 pp. We got tired of flying out of NY (car service adds up too!) and decided we'd just book way early to avoid the $350 pp price tags we were faced with the last several times.
