has anyone booked Mickey's Backyard BBQ for December Dates?

I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to book MBYBBQ for Thurs Dec 5th.. I have tried online as well as on the phone... first I was told the dates hadn't been entered into the system yet.... after the 3rd call I was told they are aware there is a glitch in the system and hoped to have it fixed by the end of last week... still nothing... has anyone been able to book Mickeys BYBBQ for any Dec dates? I have tried all the Dec dates that are available and none of them get past Donald Duck showing 'server busy'.. if I try November, I have no problems

I became aware of this last Friday. When I called it in to IT they said they did not anticipate it being resolved for at least a week. Keep trying is the only advice I can give you at this point.

thanks, they told me they hoped to have it resolved by the end of the week and even gave me the direct number to Pioneer Hall to call and see if they had resolved it yet... guess I'll wait a few more days and see what they say

I thought Mickey's BYBBQ only ran from March through October. In the past when I've searched it, it said right on the website, select dates March 1 through October.

ETA... Hmmm nevermind. I just looked and I guess now you can book it. I remember checking into that a few years ago and it wasn't available in December. Good to know!!

Its working!! Ive been checking everyday for 2 weeks and its finally working!! I just booked our MBYBBQ for 12/12
