I'm booked with them right now. I think I like it, but I'm not sure. But my feelings have nothing to do with
Dreams Unlimited. It's more that I'm not accustomed to handing over the whole trip to someone else, and I'm just too hands on to do that. So to me, I'm starting to feel like going thru DU is a bit more of an impediment than a help, but I just think that's because I'm a bit of a control freak. ;-)
For example, I booked my trip, sat down and planned out our touring plan, then picked up the phone and made our ADRs. I got everything I wanted. Maybe if I hadn't scored a table at CRT right away, I might have sent my DU agent an email asking her to keep trying and that would have been convienient. The other thing I've used my agent for was to change the package for us to include airfare, but I could have just as easily picked up the phone and done it myself. I think the delay in using email to communicate just is too much for me. I'm a "Let's do it now" sort of person.
I think for someone who is less hands on, or less familiar with WDW that using DU would be a fantastic idea. I'm not at all unhappy with the service, except for the fact that I'm really not letting them do anything!
Overall, from what I've experienced so far, I'd say they were good people, and I think when the trip is done I'll have good things to say about them and I'll probably recommend them to others.
Always ;-)
