Has anyone been to the Silver Moon Drive in?

As I have a few really daft questions....

I have never been to a drive in movie but, do you sit in your car? (I know this sounds stupid but I dont understand how if you are in your car that you can see the whole of the screen)

Also the movies are all on quite late - We will have our DD3 with us who will be in the land of nod by the time the movie starts, are we still restricted to watching U/PG films?

Hi, I can't answer much since I've never been but i do know that in the US you can see whatever age movie youwish too as long as you are accomanied by someone over 18. When I went to th us as a kid my parents took us to see the Chucky movie. Probably not what you would take a 3 year old to see but I was 10 or so. So you can go to see a grown up movie and your little can be sound asleep in the car.

Thank you, that is great! Will make my film selection a little easier - dont think it would be anything quite like chucky tho.....think I would be the one closing my eyes pretending to sleep.
