Has anyone been to Disney with a fractured shoulder?

We arrive on the 25th for 5 nights. I will be 5 1/2 weeks into healing from a fractured shoulder. Cleared to go by my doctor. I’m in a sling and I’m trying to figure out what rides I CAN do. Obviously not doing any coasters, Dinosaur, Safari, Flight of Passage,Test track. However I’m wondering about Ratatouille, Frozen, Pirates, Rise, Toy Story Mania Thanks for any advice.

I wouldn't do Ratatouille or Toy Story Mania due to sudden turns. However, I'd do Safari-just insist to the CMs that you need the front row (there's a huge difference in "bounciness" between front and rear. I've always found the CMs to be very nice and accommodating about that. But I love the Safari, so I'd hate to miss it.
