Has anyone been able to upgrade at the ASMU

To a suite ! I booked months back and at that time they said I could'nt get a suite because we got the Free dining ! If I pay the difference of the rooms than why not?

Disney has not offered the free dining special at any of their Suites at any of their resorts including the Family Suites at All Star Music. The Family Suites have been included in some their recent discounts and codes so there is hope they will be included in more specials in the months and years to come.

I hope you enjoy All Star Music as much as DH and I have and enjoy that free dining.

for your reply I know we we only be sleeping there but my DH is sooo worried about being in a small room with me and our DD's age 12 & 15. I have tried to reassure him that things will be fine but he just feels so out numbered this is our first trip without extra rooms our DS's will not be joining us! They are 24,21, & 18. Work is keeping them at home !!
By the way since you have visited the ASMU before how big are the safes in the room? Will my laptop be able to fit ????

Sorry, a laptop will not fit in the safe.
My advise is to buy a cable lock for your laptop.
I am going to bring my cable lock.
The wall safes are the standard size which will hold a wallet a cell phone a small DVD player, a personal CD player, or a few CDs but it is not large enough for a lap top or anything that is more than a couple of inches wide.
