Has anyone been able to book Le Cellier for lunch on Sept 27??

Well this blows

DH just got off the phone with them, we were trying for the week of 9-29 til 10-4

The entire lunch week is loaded now and the entire lunch week is SOLD out already !

She said that there were 63 lunch booking avaliable each day and they are already ADR'd with cc guarantees

We asked to make sure she wasn't confused and that she was saying there are 63 slots set up for lunch and you need a cc #

She said NO, she can each each guests name, party #, seperate ADR # and cc info

This is jacked up.

We've called each day 7 or 8 times a day, we called late last night too and of course our Resort reservation is one of those that the system won't regognized and allow us to book more than 1 day at a time, so we HAVE to call.

My bet is that most of those RSVPs are concierge.

Probably to keep from the restaurant being totally booked up and unavailable to all people.

I just called three (3) times and spoke to three different CMs who all told me that the CM that told this poster this was totally incorrect and that these dates have not yet been "loaded"--so it is anyone's guess what the real story is!

I myself have also called 3 more times today and was told the same thing we've all been told all along and the exact OPPISITE of what the CM told DH

This is just nuts

I even pressed on each time and asked them to look and see if there had been ANY reservations made and all 3 times was told no.

So, I called DH back and told him about the 3 calls and he says that she said she was looking into another system that lets them see events booked at a specific venue.

When we started trying 4 days ago, there were no lunch or dinner times. we called back several times a day and on the 2nd day around 2m they all of the sudden had dinner times open but still not lunch

still very annoying that we can't get the system to recognize our Resort booking in order to go past the 180 mark online. If I wasn't smart enough to call to make all the ADR's over the phone, it would had really sucks waiting to make them day by day online.

I also tried twice yesterday and once this morning and was told the dates were not loaded. I got the same answer from both the CM on the dining line and the CM at DVC. The one at DVC tried going back early in September and couldn't get anything from the 25th on.

He did not indicate it was going to 2 TS. They all suggested calling back each day until the system acknowledges the first week of October.

I didn't see the other posts on here but on a whim just logged on to see "not available" I was wrong. I just booked a table for 8 for Sept 27 at noon. Sweet!

It worked! I booked a party of 5 for Le Cellier at 2:00 on the 2nd of October too. . Just did it online and there seems to be quite a bit available....good luck!

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more frustration!!! I was able to book a Le Cellier lunch in early October. It still amazes me how much more WE know than many CM's on the phone!!

I have been going crazy for over a week trying to get Le Cellier lunch on Sept 25th. Thank you everyone for keeping the hope alive and making me keep checking every day. I was soooo excited to see the posts this evening that it was open and got a lunch adr for 9/25 at 12:50. Now one more adr left... cape may for 9/30 keeps giving me an error! (I am actually amazed at how many spots are available for lunch. Thinking about a second lunch there)

I just got off the phone and was able to book Le Cellier for 12 noon on 10/3/12 for a party of 3. I will say that the CM took a long time. It's almost like she didn't see an opening at first! I also tried this morning and the CM told me that Le Cellier hasn't been opened up for lunch reservations for the end of September and beginning of October yet.

Hate to say it, but I gave up on the CMs a few days back. Got tired of different stories from hour-to-hour.

This thread has been a regular stop. So glad I checked after work. Otherwise, I might have missed out on my lunch reservation for 10/1. Thanks for the help, ladies and gents!

Booked our anniversary lunch for 9/27. I didnt bother checking again last night, as I figured that if it wasnt there in the morning that it wouldnt be there again until the next morning. I guess now I've learned! Thank goodness lunch was still available when I went in the morning.
