Has anybody rec'd the Grand Gatherings kit?

I called MS and registered our group as a Grand Gathering in October but we haven't received the travel planning kit so I was wondering if anybody else had received theirs......

I also registered in October but have not received anything. Actually, I didn't realize there was a paper "kit". There is a downloadable program from the WDW website.

I registered in October as well and I received my planner Nov. 12. I didn't watch all of the dvd yet but it looks great. As soon as I get the final number to my group I will call MS.

The Vacation Planning Kit is an all-encompassing product this year. I don't believe there are different kits for Grand Gatherings, trips for pre-schoolers, etc. At least the kit that I received had everything on the DVD.

I simply ordered mine via the Vacation Planning Kit link on the disneyworld website.

It took about 3-4 weeks to get to me, and it was well worth it. They really packed a bunch of info onto the DVD this year. I especially like the interactive maps of the entire resort.

Ok-maybe I will wait a few more days. Is the planner something specific to the Grand Gathering or is just the standard WDW vacation planning info? When I registered the CM told me she needed everyone's address so that they could have their own itinerary....

I just did the registration on-line yesterday for the dvd, and got our on-line kit downloaded. I can't get the grand gathering number until we make our ressie with MS though. We will have 11 of us going the week of October 17 in a GV. I will probably call the 18th to reserve the first night and decide from there if I should call daily or not.

Remember that the F&W fest starts earilier next year. Don't know what impact that will have on us (we like MEA week - which has been the week before).

I was hoping it would be during F&W. MEA is the week of the 17th next year, so we will be there from the 17-23.

It is general but there is a part on Grand Gatherings (group of 8 or more) and a booklet on grand gatherings is included in your kit.
