Harry Potter World Date Change

A few weeks ago whilst in Florida I was surprised to see the completion year changed to 2010 for Harry Potter World in Universal but haven't heard anything about it over here, did I miss it?

Universal originally gave a late 2009/early 2010 date for the opening, and, while they have announced nothing new, any 2009 opening looks highly unlikely. Unofficially, they are also saying it will open in stages, probably from spring-summer 2010. We think the wait will be worth it, though!

Thats a shame i'd hoped the first phase might be open when I went Dec 09/Jan 2010.

More reason to go September 2010 though!

That's when we plan to go back so fingers crossed as DH has said that he wouldn't be bothered missing Universal next time because 3 weeks ago when we were there he just didn't 'feel it' like we did 4 years ago.

Me and the kids enjoyed it though so he'll have no excuse if Harry Potter World is open
