George managed to succeed in turning the cup into a frog but it bounced away but he could turn it back...

Eliza tryed over and over, but the cup simply wouldn't turn into a kitten.

James turned his into a rat but at least it didnt run away like the others.

George tried to help Eliza turn hers into a kitten but she finally managed to turn it into something, a snake!

Lots of people started screaming when there was a snake slithering all over the place, but James didn't fear snakes. He just sat there. He wouldn't want it as a pet though. Professor McGonagal quickly turnded it into a kitten so everyone would stop fussing.

Professor McGonnagal gave everyone homework. She said we should all practice and by the time the next transfiguration class she wants to see all of us turning a cup into a kitten. James walked out of the classroom and walked to the great hall where they were having lunch. He picked up a sandwitch and started eating it. He couldn't wait until charms. They were learning the spell Accio. It is a spell that summons objects. He thought it would be very useful.

occ: yes we can go to hogsmeade...and the qudditch teams will be mixed up...yea we are on the first day of classes

It was time for Charms. James went to the classroom and sat in the front of the room. He wanted to learn Accio correctly.

George sat near the back of the class so he could chat with his friends.

Everyone came in and sat down in the classroom. They turned to the page accio was on.

Everyone was given an object to practise on. George really struggled as he kept getting everyone's object except his own.

James practiced a couple times and got it. Soon he could pull anything he wanted. Professor Flitwick said once everyone had mastered that spell they could go on to depultso. (sp?) He said it was a spell where you can push things away from you instead of torwards you. James saw that George was having trouble and went over to help him.

Rose sat in the front looking bored. She had mastered this spell ages ago...She flicked her wand and the desks in front of her moved ever so slighty. If only she would pull back with more force they'd go crashing against the wall. She gently put the desks back into place.

Then everyone went on to depultso. James tried one time and sent a desk flying across the room. He quickly used Wingardium Leviosa to get it back in place. He was the first one done (besides Rose) and went over to talk to Rose.

Eliza soon mastered the new spells,and went over to talk to James and Rose.

"Hey Eliza! Don't you think those new spells will come in handy?" James said as Eliza came over and sat down next to them.

"Yea, I bet they will." Eliza answered, sitting next to James, "So, how are you at these spells?"

"I've got these mastered." James said to Eliza as the class was dismissed. "What do we have next? I don't know if it's another class or free period."

"Lunch is next" Eliza said as her and James made their way to the Great Hall
