Could it be that Snape didn't really kill Dumbledore either? Dumbledore engineered his own death. It was the killer of Dumbledore that couldn't enter the house, which was really Dumbledore wasn't it?
Actually, I didn't think much of the protective spells at Grimmauld Place. A loud voice and a fake ghost? I wouldn't think it'd take too much to get through that.
I agree with both - but she didn't say that he got through the spells, she said he entered before the spells were put up.
The only way that would make sense is if the Pensieve presented Snape's memories out of order. The rest of them are in order, but I'm gonna choose to believe that some little quirk happened while Harry was putting them in the Pensieve, and those two memories were shown out-of-order.
