Harmony Barber Shop with 8am Open

We were able to get a 9 am appointment at Harmony Barber Shop for our DD's 1st haircut. At the time, MK was scheduled to open at 9 am, now, MK is opening at 8 that day. Will the barber shop open at 8 too?

The original plan was to have a "later" morning, getting to Main Street around 8:30 and checking in as soon as the barber shop opened at 9. Now I'm wondering if I should (1)try to get an earlier appointment, (2)get to MK earlier and try to knock out a few attractions before her appointment, or (3)just stick with the original plan.

Any ideas or suggestions?

(1) In the past, the restaurants and barbershop have opened "normally," and independently from the park opening fluctuations.

(2) If you choose wisely, you could try that.
Just know that it takes awhile to "swim upstream" to get back to the front of the park.

I would either try to move the appointment to 8 am or, if you keep it as is and want to arrive earlier, I would probably watch the welcome show, go back toward the entrance to meet the characters at Town Square (plus Mickey Mouse and Tinkerbell at Town Square Theater) and maybe poke through the shops and look at the shop windows if you have time. I would not go too far from Main St. as the barbershop is all the way back near the entrance to MK. You really won't have too much time to do anything in the other lands if you want to make that appointment at 9 am.

It is unlikely that the barbershop would open at 8AM.
