Sorry I have been gone for a while I have good reason....but I mean its not like any of you screamed "where are you Harlie!"

*Taps the mic* "Is this thing on" *and cue the crickets"

So I will talk to myself. Maybe not so muchfor otheres entertainment but as a means of organizing my thoughts somewhere as the things I need to get done and we are a months away from our trip to "whiteCastle"

Where have I been?

Dying

No really that is how I felt. somehow somewhere I got myself sick and have bronchitis. It has been complicated by my asthma. I don't use daily asthma meds as I only have mild asthma that comes when I am sick, in cold weather, exposed to secondhand smoke and excercising. The good news is that it is now and not four weeks from now, and no one else got sick...just me the bad news is I need to get crack-a-lacking on my Disney vacation to do list

Harlie do list:

1. Call Magic Express and give them my flight information and ask for extra yellow tags and have them send Red Queen yellow red tags

2. Call Transportation company that mustnt be named and book them for transportation to Universal and to airport.

3. Find Capt Jack a new suitcase as his sponge bob one is his favorite toy box at the moment storing his favorite toys that get hauled every day to Grandma's house (White Queen)

4. exchange Canuck money for us cash

5. Fix breaks on van

6. fix waist on new shorts

7. make Alice some hair barettes and tutu

8. Back to school on the 30th

9. Shave boys heads get Alice haircut

10. Plan Alice's birthday party for when school is back in session

11. Plan capt jacks birthday party

12.two more home games to attend for pep band before vacation. Labour day weekend parage and actiities keeping me busy all that weekend.

13. book a pedicure and haircut and colour for me.

14. Purchase new video camera Looking athe the kodak zx3 or a flip....any tips here?

I could have killed him! I was on the phone with Disney's Magical express. I was thinking that there would be a wait time and DH calls and I anwer the phone:

Me: I can't talk Im busy on the other line with Disney

DH: uhhmmm your on the speakerphone

All the kids were in the van with him.

Instead of freaking on him I said I had to go and decided to let him clean up the aftermath.

So Disney ME is booked and hopfully we will be getting our Mickey Mail soon!

I also booked the car company that shall not be named.

When DH came home he said that Goofy asked why I was on the phone with disney.So at least one kid heard. He fixed it by telling the kids I was on the phone trying to get our money back from the trip we had "planned" in june. (if you read back through the trip report you will know that there was never a trip planned for June the kids just think we cancelled it) so we have extra cash for our Trip to White Castle in Minneapolis. DH thinks Goofy fell for it but isn't so sure

Moral of the story don't talk on your cell while driving even while on speaker phone

So only time will tell if we were really busted!

We are going shopping for a video camera today! I will keep you posted!

We are doing the MNSSHP on the 21st

I am trying to figure out how to wear a LGMH everyday. I think Im may purchase material and fashion one onto my bag (another thing to add to my growing to do list lol!

I just discovered that the park hours changed I all yay for another Fantasmic show! I think we will try and hit the later show though.

This messes with my ADRs though.

With Saturday the 25 having MK open at 8am instead of 9 as it used to be up until recently I have a Breakfast ADR at ohana at 8:10am We won't make rope drop (not that we would have before but now we will enter the parks later then everyone else I looked and FOund nothing available for early breaky at MK or any of the monorail resorts~! I can get Boma at 7:30 but it wouldn't make a difference since transportation would make it take just as long it wouldn't help. So we will have to keep this adr .

The other issue is with that new restaurant in Epcot Via Napoli> I want to go! and there are adrs available Our current adr is for 1900 park fare at 4:45 made with the MNSSHP in mind (which is a definate go now ) So what do I do keep the adr I have for early supper or cancel and make a late (2pm) lunch at Via Napoli and just have CS supper while at MNSSHP? It is our only princess meal, DD is not big on princesses anymore though. What should I DOOOOOO! ????

The third issue is with an extra showing for Fantasmic I thought I could get a later seating at 50s primetime.....Not such luck! I can't fix and don't have to change this one it just would have been nice to go a bit later and not be held back by the Fantasmic show.

How are all you other Sept Disers handling this?

I am going all OCD now!

Hi Harlie! I just noticed by your post above that we'll be in the same park on the 22nd, Animal Kingdom! I was excited to see that, then I remembered I already knew that! It's hard to keep up with everyone I think it's going to be interesting to see if I see anyone from these PTR.

I have decided to just let it go and change nothing (except the adr's on our MNSSHP day so we have no Princess character adr's now I dont think DD will mind, I just won't tell her what she is missing lol!)

I Can't believe how fast time is flying! I have so much to do and very little time to do it in! I hope time slows down during our vacation at least lol!

So I have recently started a new job. During the interview process I was very upfront and honest about my vacation next month andwas told it would be fine. I had received notification that I had some courses scheduled for me to take during Disney time I tried to take to my superviser about ti but she alsways seemed to be realy busy and then she was off work for a week sick (poor thing) Well today I finally got the opportunity to ask about it again. I guess the interviewer/human resources did not share this information with her so she checked to see if anyone else had scheduled time off and i was safe there. I only had 6 days of vacation available to me (which I didn't expect I thought It would be leave without pay which I was fine with. So this was a bonus but I was still short. Im my job I get every other Friday off so If I work the next 2 Friday's I can bank them and then she will take the remaining day out of my next years Vacation time.

So that was worked out and then she asked me where we were going. I told her WDW and she said oh we will be just getting back as you go. We have a conference there!

I was like how cool (and by we I meant managment) I work for a Disney Loving company! apparently they have the conference there every year! (I think I need to get me a management type job )


Thats it for tonight lol!

Well I have been busy shopping and my bank account shows it lol! Some of the clothes I bought earlier in the summer, some I got on clearance making room for fall and some is for school


For School

I had already bought my DSS his clothes and gave them to him to go to visit his mom with so I don't have pics of those

Jeans Alice had really grown out of her size 7(girls) jeans I wasn't going to buy size 8 so though size 10 is a bit too big she'll eventually grow into them! I also bought two pairs not pictured from Old navy...I think I like TCP jeans better though. I may return the ON!

Long sleeve top. I buy my kids clothes for school without their opinion usually because they are not here to give it and...im a clothing control freal lol! I love to pick out the cute stuff and this top was awesome IMO!

I love my boys in polos lol! Capt Jack Loves them! Goofy likes his tshirts but I usually have a least one decent polo for him for piano recitals lol!

My Favorite colour for Capt Jack is Orange I love that colour on him!

I bought some old navy shirts I have yet to take pics of. I will add them later but that is the back to school stuff I bought! Monday is fast approaching!
