who is the hardest character to see and get an autograph of? Also you do you wish you could have seen but didn't? We saw approx. 30 different characters during our trip and have started thinking about all the ones we wished we could have seen. Everyone told us it would be hard to see Mickey and Minnie, but just about everywhere we went they were there. Luckily, my daughter met Belle who is her utmost favorite person in the world - and she was so sweet to my daughter that I just loved her too.

That's a tough question. There are lots of characters who are either only in shows and parades or have been retired from the parks who are next to impossible to get. Out of the ones that are available for meet and greets, I would say that some of the toughest are Malificent, Little John, any of the Princes, Darkwing Duck, Rebecca Cunningham, Tarzan, Rabbit, Pheobus, and the Witch from Snow White are some of the toughest to find. I know I'm probably frogetting some, but those are some pretty tough ones. I know out of all of those, I've only seen about half of them.

As far as characters I wish I had seen, I would love to meet Gaston from Beauty and the Beast, but he only tends to appear during MNSSHP. :( Also Jaq and Gus from Cinderella. They're some of my favorites but they only appear in SpectroMagic in WDW.

I think it's Cinderella. Sure you can see her, but those darn lines are so long to get her autograph and a picture w/the kids. Maybe next time. ;)

DD 4 wanted to Princess Aurora, aka Briar Rose, aka Sleeping Beauty so badly. She dressed the part for 3 days of our trip. After not seeing her the entire trip we decided that THE Princess took the day off knowing that OUR Princess was there to take her spot. DD was VERY happy with this thought and ended up pleased rather than disappointed. :wave2: :wave2:

I don't think I've ever seen Princess Aurora at WDW. I think she frequents Disneyland in CA since that is where her castle is located;)

We had a CM tell us that she is around, but had to find. He reported that she generally will wear her blue dress. Maybe next time we will find her. WOHOOOOOOO this is post 99 for me! Triple digits here I come!!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I thought she was supposed to be at the Princess breakfast thingamajigger at the Akershus? Any one know for sure? 3 yr. old DD would love to see her.princess:

Aurora does make appearences at WDW, but she does seem to be pretty elusive at times. She didn't even make regular appearences at WDW untila few years back. Personally, I've only managed to find her three times in the many years I've been going to WDW.

Jiminy Cricket! We have only ever seen him once and that was on the character bus that goes around WS at Epcot.

We did see Princess Aurora at Norway breakfast and at CRT in pink when we were there in December.

Jiminy Cricket is pretty darn hard to find. He rarely makes any appearances.

Malificent has to be the one character that I want to get an autograph/picture with but have never seen out.

just as far the major classic characters go: I think that daisy duck is the most difficult to find...jiminy cricket can be found at EPCOT on earth day; other than that he is pretty scarce....

We were there for breakfast and saw Belle, Mary Poppins, Jasmine, Snow White, and Mulan. We were told that "The Girls" are on a rotating schedule as to who appears. We were soooo hoping to see her there. If I could figure out how to attach a picture you would at least get to see my Princess Aurora. POST 100!!! I feel like I am in the big time now!

lilallybean: That was a wonderful explanation you gave your little Aurora. I will have to remember that myself in case we don't see the very favorites. Way to keep the Magic alive!!!

I guess we were incredibly lucky . . . We saw Cindy and Aurora at Toontown in the same room in Oct 02. My girls loved it. My DD, Olivia (3yo), asked Aurora where Prince Phillip was. She replied "He's off riding horses with Prince Charming." We spent the rest of the trip looking for Phillip and Prince Charming riding their horses!

I believe we saw Princess Aurora twice. The first time was at Cinderella's Breakfast. She was downstairs on the throne. Not in the actual restaurant. The second time we saw her was in the Kodak building. I can't think what it is called. It is in MK. It is the white/cream colored builing on the right side with rocking chairs on the porch and the bronze Goofy sitting out front on a park bench. We saw Prince John, Doc, Donald Duck, Suzy and Perla, and Princess Aurora. Not at the same time, though. This is a couple different visits.

As you might have guessed from my screen-name -- I wanna meet Kronk and Kuzco! And they are VERY hard to find these days.

We did meet Uncle Scrooge on Christmas day and his handler told us he is only there that one day of the year. He was going crazy showing everyone the autograph card we'd made with his picture.

Uncle Scrooge would have to be my answer, but if he's there only on Christmas Day, forget it! My mother would probably have a coronary if my fiance and I weren't home for Christmas.

Princess Aurora has been making appearances beside International Gateway at Epcot. We entered the park after walking from the BWI and there she was (in her blue dress).

I'd also love to see Gaston and the Three Little Pigs, but I don't believe they're currently doing meet and greets. As close as I got to Gaston was getting the chance to speak with him after seeing the Broadway show. (It wasn't the same as seeing the REAL one, though).;)

Also Jaq and Gus from Cinderella. They're some of my favorites but they only appear in SpectroMagic in WDW.

Saw both Jaq and Gus on Numerous Occasions this past trip right around the Partners statue area!! Can't wait to get my pictures!!!

Oops--sorry!!!! Should have looked at the signatures first. We saw Perla and Suzy--not Jaq and Gus. DUH they had on cloaks and were GIRLS!!!! My head is still there!!!
