Hard Rock Question

Hi everyone, planning on staying at the Hard Rock this summer, can someone tell me if they have a place to do laundry?

Also, any attractions to avoid for a kind of shy 8 year old. Thanks.

There are machines on two floors (don't remember which). I don't know the $$$. Maybe someone else knows more.

On the US website there are downloadable video clips of many of the rides. I "prepped" my 4 year old for the trip by watching them.
