I just booked an 8 night stay at the end of July in the Club level of the HRH. We will be a party of 5 (2 adults, 2 children-both 10 yrs. old, and an infant). Will the rooms be comfortable enough? Any suggestions on how to get into one of the delux rooms on the club floor? I have read that you can not reserve these rooms. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated!

I would call the front desk of HRH directly (407)503-2000 and have them put in a room request for a deluxe. Tell them you will have to set up a pack and play (or have a porta crib brought in) and that the extra space is crucial.

I think there are only a few deluxes on club. Even when requesting, you just have to get lucky that someone checks-out of one on the day you are checking-in.

Have you weighed the pros and cons of going deluxe without going club?

Thank you for the replies. All the info. is helpful.

Yes, we thought about just getting a delux room; however, we got a good rate and we would enjoy the extra amenities that the club room has to offer. I am sure we will be okay, but I just wanted to hear what other people think based on their experiences. Thanks again!!

If you would like to request a room, you could try room 7099. It is a deluxe club with a nice garden view.

If it were me, I would call the HRH and ask to speak to one of the club level concierges. ( Jen always helps us every year ) Explain everything to them and see what they can do ;) Just be sure to tip them if they make this happen for you.
