I don't think I own anything green this year =[ . I looked in Claire's today for some kind of accessory, and all they had were gaspirilla beads, and they were $6! For crappy plastic beads =/ .

I got all my stuff from Claires today!!!!

They even had a feather boa, but Id think that'd be a little over the top.

And all my stuff was 50% off, so it was only 11$ for 4 things.

as for my st. patty's celebrations, i did my celebrating on the weekend, saturday night. wore green, listend to some fun irish music, kiss me i'm irish pin. (loads of smooches) the whole shabang .

this morning i set my alarm to wake up to 'shipping up to boston' by dropkick murphys just so it's put me in the mood! lol
not wearing green though-because my sister bouht me this sweet shirt from England so I have to wear that!!

And I have to work tonight, so no celebratin' for me.

My friends & I were thinking of going to Boston next year for St. Pattys, but then remembered I'd have to wait til I was 21 to get into bars in America! lol

yeah i totally agree.

i never treat it as a religious thing. just an excuse to celebrate my irishness.
and even people who aren't irish usually celebrate anyways, i saw tons of people saturday night with funny little buttons on that said 'i'm not irish, but kiss me anyway!"
