Hello fellow Disboarders - Happy New Year!

I need your help in planning - I currently have 208 points on one contract and 60 on another. I would like to book a 3 bed. TreeHouse for 285 points.

What would be the best way to do this? Can I move the 60 to the 208 and then borrow from next years 210 or should I borrow from next years 60?

Sorry for the confusion - I know you guys are the best at doing this with multiple contracts and with borrowing etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

From your signature I assume you don't own at SSR so you have to book within the 7 month period so you can use points from both of your contracts. I don't think it should make a difference where you borrow the extra points from, depending on your use year (if they are not the same).

We have Feb/March use years so it isn't too difficult to keep track of!

I am not sure about the moving points into one year and then borrowing as well.

We could also do the $15.00 per point from Disney for 255.00 and keep the points in their year.

Just looking for options.

The problem is, many have posted that the Treehouse Villas are next to impossible to get at the 7 month window since there are so few of them.

You will have a better chance if you are flexible with your dates. MS will be able to transfer your points from one contract to the other, however, that uses up your 1x per year transfer for both of them.

If you actually have two separate contracts (different numbers at the start XXXXX.000 vs YYYYY.000), you would not be able to use points from both contracts for a single night without using a transfer to transfer points from one contract to the other. But if they are the same contract (both XXXXX.001 and XXXXX.000), you can combine points for a single night at seven months if they are different resorts.
