I just figured out our weekly finances and WOO HOOooo we should be able to pay our bills this week! LOL

Not so happy in our household today....my 22 month old fevered all day yesterday, last night & into the weeee hours of this morning. He's still sleeping now (after his alternating dosages of tylenol/motrin every 3 hours) & today was his first day of speech & occupational therapy. (He's been going for 2 weeks now but it's all been just 'evaluation' sessions ~ today was going to be the real 'work out'.) Boo hoo.....

It's also rainy & gloomy here today. Depressing....

Mishetta, I hope your day brightens up, and I hope your ds gets to feeling better. Can he start his therapy tomorrow?

HMG, do you have enough leftover after your bills to take us all out for lunch?

Oh...I'm all for HMG taking us out to lunch! But I'll have to wait till tomorrow since DS is sick.

BE ~ DS has therapy only on Mon & Thurs, have to go on our scheduled days...so he just "misses" today.

Thanks for your kind wishes for my DS to get well soon ~ especially since this is Browneyes' thread!

I hope HMG doesn't spend all her money between today and tomorrow. If she does, we'll just let CC take us out to lunch.

I think the therapists are the ones missing out today, Mishetta. I bet they can't wait to see what your ds can teach them.

Canadian, eh? Hey, I found a Canadian quarter not too long ago. My kids thought it was cool. I figured you'd made a visit to Georgia and forgot to stop by to tell me hi, so you dropped a quarter for me to find instead.

If CC pays in Canadian ~ then only 1/2 of us can go to lunch! So, who gets to go?

Well, I know it's Monday... Happy? That's certainly debatable from my end. Very blue lately and I don't know why.

Oh, and according to my calendar, the first day of Fall is next Tuesday, 9/23.

The weather is really nice here today. Totally clear and only getting up to the mid 80's.

It must be a new season. I feel like change is in the air and anything is possible this week. This after a terrible bout with insomnia last night. Maybe I'm so exhausted that I'm delusional.

Browneyes -- I wish I could attribute it to the change in weather, but it's still hotter than you know what here in Florida. Maybe I DO need that cooler weather. Been feeling like crying at the drop of a hat lately. I think it's the old hormones reeling their ugly head!
