Oh the King Cakes! Those are the best! I CANNOT wait for DH to get home today. We are making gumbo from scratch and it requires lots of stirring and lots of drinking! It has become a tradition that starts with a pitcher of strong bloody marys and then on to hurricanes and beer! If nothing else it is a good warm up for next Thursday!
