Happy Limousine - anyone use them?

I used Happy Limo for the first time in 2008 for our Disney Cruise. They picked us up on time at the airport (we stayed for a week at WDW first). Driver was semi professional but after a long day on a flight from California to Florida, I just let it go. The drive to the Port a week later was uneventful. Not a problem at all, but on the ride back to the airport after the cruise they were 1 1/2 hours late. This to me is unacceptable. I will not be using this service again

We too have used Happy Limo, and had Robert as our driver. The car was clean, Robert was very friendly and had lots of helpful tips for our visit...I will use them again and request Robert

We just booked transfers from MCO to Port with them - limo for our family of 6. On arrival day we have them picking up at 9:15 for 10:15 arrival at the ship (excited and want to arrive early for first cruise!). On the way home, our flight is at 11:30am (later times were way late) so we have them arriving at 9am for 10am ETA at MCO airport. We don't want to leave the ship too early and have tons of time at the airport. But curious if anyone has feedback on timeliness of limo company and/or other feedback. I don't want to use them if they are notoriously late! Hoping to get good feedback! Thanks

We used them in April/May for our WDW vacation. They were excellent. On time for our arrival at MCO with name on the sign. Took care of the bags for us and brought us to the resort. We booked a limo both ways and had a white stretch there. On the way back they upgraded us to a stretch Navigator and were early for our pickup back to the airport. We had called to see if they could pick us up a bit earlier, but they couldn't but he came as quickly as possible. It was a great experience and we are planning on probably using them again for our next vacation.
