Happy Limo - Good or Bad Experience

I just got prices from both Happy and Tiffany ( very close in price) the man at Happy was much more friendly, and full of lots of good information and suggestions. I'm looking for any of your experiences with Happy Limo - both the good and the bad....
Are they reliable???

Beverly Lynn what would you suggest for someone who needs lift equipped transportation. I use a power wheelchair.
