Happy Limo -- Anyone use?

Deb's site recommends Happy Limo and XXX Transportation for town car service. I've used Happy Limo many times and they are reliable but their cars are looking slightly "worn" lately (still nice, but...) . Anyway, has anyone used XXX? Their website looks good and price seems right.

Ok, so what's with the block out? Has this company done something wrong? Still I'd like to know their reputation...any insight to the mystery company?

why is XXX a bad word? I dont get that at all.Ive never used them but they are reccomended on a few forums.Im considering them myself.

That's the one. And I'm not trying to start anything here - if they aren't reputable, I'd like to know before I make a mistake and book, though.

Perhaps that company tried "spamming" these message boards. I've also noticed their name is missing from Intercot's website as well...curious.

But the question remains: reliable, nice cars, good drivers...or not?

Just my personal opinion by what I've read, I wouldn't go with that "***blah, blah, etc." company that's been spamming the websites. Obviously a low life, desperate, transportation service. There are probably over 100 towncar, limousine, etc. services in Orlando. Why risk going with such a *******type of company.

I know that something happened in the past concerning the owner and various message boards. I'm not sure what the details were, but I do remember reading a very long letter of apology that was posted on the boards from said owner.

I did months of research on car companies this last time (considering what we now refer to as "the Happy Limo incident") and in the end it was between two companies. So I did the email test...I sent them both a question and waited to see who answered first and how politely. XXX won that one hands down!

We used them last time and, unless reviews start getting bad, I will definitely use them again because I personally thought they were great! I know I emailed them twenty times to verify our ressies (OCD) and each time I got a super-fast answer that was extremely nice. The drivers were very nice and the whole thing couldn't have flowed more smoothly. The return driver did show up a few minutes late, but was sincerely apologetic, he took a wonder short-cut (without speeding) and ended up getting us to the airport sooner than if he would have been on time. The cars were clean and very well maintained (from all outward appearances). It was ten times better service than what we got from Happy Limo in 2004.

I know there is a new company that is getting rave reviews now and I'm watching the comments about them closely to see if they stay that way, but as of now, I still have every intention of booking with XXX again. But hey, that's just my opinion! Hope it helps!

OK-- I am still earning my ears on these boards, as they say...so I am completely confused. Who is XXX?? I am trying to research limo service for October cruise, and am confused by all the options. I don't want to be surpised later to find I may have booked with the infamous XXX . Can anyone help me out? If we can't say the name on the boards, can someone PM me, so I know which company it is? Thanks!

It is not so much that they are disreputable, but that they did not adhere to board policies.

We used Happy Limo 3 years ago and have them booked for this Aug. We love the company. They were always on time and the driver was very nice. I had an incident where I left my luggage and didnt realize it intil later that day. I thought I had left it in the limo so I called the company and I did not I left It where the driver picked me up. well, he went back picked up the luggage dropped it off at my hotel and called me to let me know it was there. We were a the parks when he called so he called again later that night to make sure the hotel took it up to our room. We didnt have to pay for any of this. It was very nice of the company to do this for us. Right now they also have a good special going on.

It wasnt posted. I called to get a hummerize one way and a stretch limo for the way back.I only wanted the hummer one way cause they are expensive. So when I told them what I wanted they told me there ws a special on upgrades right now so I got the both for a total of $344.00. The last time I booked them I asked if they had a military special. They said they didnt but gave me 10% off. Just call them and ask. With 4 kids and 1 job I am always asking people for the specials.

If you subscribe to the mousesavers.com newsletter,they often have specials - check out their site to see if anything is listed. We also booked Happy Limo, loved the grocery stop, it said 15 min free - I was huffin and puffin, running to make 15 min, then realized i forgot water, went back to get it - I wasnt charged for the extra 5 min...

on the way back we were upgraded to a Limo (from the towncar service) When we booked the tips were included in the price, I notice now they are not...

i have used them for years now and i am very very satisfied with their service. drivers have always been on-time and very friendly and considerate. we always have multiple pickups ofr them. myself and DS#2 fly so we need a pickup there and DW and DS#1 take the train. we have never had a problem with a mixup ever. in fact on our last trip we were blessed with an upgrade 3 out of 4 times from a towncar to a stretch limo.


still the best way i could put it was in july we had the opportunity to use ME for free but we chose to pay for happy limo.
