Happy Hours anywhere on WDW property?

Do they exist, with drink specials and stuff? I think the answer is no.. but I thought I'd ask.

1) I know of only one Happy Hour in WDW.
2) That is about 60-minutes after I get into the bar.

The House of Blues in DTD did have happy hour from 3-5 but that was before they were on the DDP don't know if they still do.

I think your best bet would be a restaurant DD.
However, I know WDW Legend that talks of the Monorail Happy Hour Crawl... You start at the Contemporary California Grill... hop on... Go to the Polynesian.... Hop on... go to Grand Floridian... Fun and NO driving!

OR you can just go all the way to EPCOT and go around the world (We always start to the Left and hit Mexico first!)

When we were at DTD in September, the bar outside of Raglan Road had a chalkboard with their happy hour specials. I just wish I could remember when and what it was.

Also.. the monorail "pub" crawl idea is fantastic.. If i was in wdw without park tickets,, this would be a great alternative! If I was local.. oh mannnnn I do this as much as possible!
