It's not really a trail; it's more like a gravel road. If you have weak ankles or trouble with lateral moves in your knees, you might want to tape up, but honestly, it will be a non-issue for most people. You can always slow down and walk it; it's not a timed event anyway - it's a fun run!![]()
This helps..thanks!
I'm a running newbie, so I have a general running question (might be a dumb question, but chalk it up to my newbie-ness!)
I've noticed that my times vary based on what time of day I'm running. Usually during the week I have to get out to run around 5am but on the weekends I run around 7am. My weekend times have consistently been better than my weekday times and I'm able to run further. I don't do anything else differently...has anyone else experienced this?
