It was actually easy to get up on Tuesday, easier than I thought! We got ready and met up with everyone else at 10:00 on the button...so good to be a Virgo! We then picked up our complimentary passports at Guest Relations since we had reservations at Club 33 we had free tickets! It's nice when you know people who know people! We then hightailed it in to the Park and went right to City Hall to get our birthday stickers and our phone call from Goofy! I also verified that there were fireworks, which there were...yeah!! We then all went to the hat shop across the way to pick up our golden ears and my VMK code for virtual ears...very important! None of the boys got ears except for my Kevy...and they look darn cute on him!

Our reservations for Club 33 were at 11:15 so we had time to jump on Pirates first...seems to be a tradition, to see the Pirates first...gets all of us "in the mood" as it were! We then waited outside Club 33 until exactly 11:15 (they won't answer the door early) and at the appointed time were let in for one of the greatest meals ever! They had a beautiful buffet set up which turned out to just be appetizers and then we were expected to eat a main course on top of that! Whew! I had halibut which came with lobster and two mimosas! Then they brought out Mickey shaped chocolate mousses for the birthday girls...I can't believe I ate everything! The atmosphere was beautiful and the service amazing and I am truly spoiled but you only turn 39 once! It was a fabulous two hour meal that I will not soon forget!

After the meal, we WADDLED out in to the bright daylight and hit some rides...it is actually all a blur so I will just say we had a fantastic time. It wasn't crowded at all and we could pretty much walk on to every ride, even Peter Pan! There was hardly a wait for Space Mountain either, which, I have to say was great! I was worried that I wouldn't like the music but it really worked with the ride! There wasn't too much snacking going on since we were still full from brunch but we had to have a Dole Whip which was fabulous as usual! While we were in Tomorrowland we also picked up our Quests for VMK, they are pretty difficult! It felt a little strange being on VMK while in the Park...so we didn't stay too long.

As it got darker we decided to stake out a spot for the fireworks...right on Main Street in front of the Partners statue. We grabbed some popcorn and corn dogs (finally got our appetite back) and waited about a half an hour. I just want to say see these fireworks!!! I love fireworks but these really knocked my socks off...really! We (Linda and I) were crying the whole time...amazing effects...so glad they showed them just for me! (Hee hee!)

The rest of the trip was your standard trip but my birthday was amazing...glad to be surrounded by my dearest friends, my wonderful boyfriend and to be in a place that truly makes me forget the outside world and remember the wonder of childhood!

Thanks for reading...see you on VMK!
