Thanks for all your birthday wishes everyone.
I've had a lovely 'diet free' day - nice long lie (8am.... ), then nice presents - including Bridget Jones DVD, and some new clothes (in a smaller size....) from DH.

Just had a Chinese Takeaway and once the kids are in bed I'll be opening a bottle of wine and watching Bridget Jones....and there won't be a Snack a jack in sight...........bring on the Latino Doritos!!!!

Don't think I'll be on the scales Monday though....
