The Disney Vacation Club Resort officially opened on October 1, 1991. I think MS started accepting DVC point reservations on 12/20/91.

In January, 1996 it was renamed Disney's Old Key West Resort.

We bought our points in December of 1991 when OKW opened as the Disney Vacation Club....wow...we have been loving it and enjoying it for 16 years.....so, Happy Birthday to us also
