I hate summer so much. It didn't get to the predicted high. But got to about 35 around me I think...bleh...

I worked (busiest time of year for me), then swam, ate lamb and sausages and hung out in the air-con and watched cricket - we also celebrated the 7th anniversary of my husband becoming an Australian citizen - we celebrated it and he just barely acknowledged it - he'll never be anything but a POM!!!

The thing that always sticks in my mind from Australia Day is guys in singlet tops and girls in WAY too short shorts !! I saw some sights yesterday that even a few wines couldn't erase!
