It's nice that they've kept it going. But aside from the fact that I appreciate that it manages to survive in an age when they'll cut every corner that can, I don't have any special feelings for it.
More directly to the point. I rather like the EWP. It always manages to catch me by surprise.
I like it when it feels like an added bonus, a quick little extra, to be admired on a dock, waiting for your boat, or with a drink somewhere near a hotel.
Same here. I love being able to stop what I'm doing and watch it without entrenching a spot an hour early and defending it from strollers and kids on shoulders...
I like it. Try to catch it whenever we are down there. Hadn't seen it in a while though while we stayed at th "newer" resorts (Saratoga Springs, Boardwalk, etc), LOL. But lately we've been staying at BLT and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was still around. Kudo's to Disney for keeping the bulbs alive!
My DH is a huge fan. When I mentioned that I made reservations at BLT and got a lake view, he told me he's going to watch it every night. (I haven't told him that getting back to the resort every night to see it is not a priority. ) The fact that he can go see the MK fireworks from the Top of the World Lounge did not impress him. It's the EWP that he's looking forward to sharing with our kids.
