Happy 21st Birthday! WDW, DCL and a Dis meet! *TR COMPLETE*

Well I finally found my way over here! Miss Disney Queen, have you not gone on enough trips this year???? haha I kid...I'm so stinkin JEALOUS! And the CRUISE!!!! AGH I wanna go SOOOOOOO bad. We actually talked about it for our honeymoon but we just couldnt afford it right now, well could for like 2 or 3 days, and I wanted a whole week!!!
You're going to have SO much fun, and with a dismeet AND Disneyworld thrown in there TOO!!! gosh. Oh and I LOOOOVE Caribbean Beach...we stayed there twice when I was a kid so its got a special place in my heart, I love the beach, you can watch Illuminations from Epcot, and I remember really liking the main pool and food courts. And it's so bright and pretty!!

Haha you can never go on enough trips! I figure do all this stuff now while I'm young and have the chance.

I wish I could do the week cruise but Disney slams you with a single cruiser charge. B and K are in a different state room but since I'm by myself I have to pay 75% of another cruise price. So basicly I have to pay 175% of the price. So 4 days is all I can afford with that.

I'm very excited for CBR and the beaches. I think I'm going to relax at the resort the day I get there enjoy the beaches, have dinner at Shutters and then head over to MK or something. But I've got time to figure all that out :lmao:. Thats very cool you can see Illuminations from the beach. I may have to stay and watch that.

Glad you came over to join me on this pre trippie!!! Thanks for reading girl!

Ok let me first start out by saying Congrats Red Sox!!!

Next today I get an email from soutwest saying that because my home team won the world series I get 3 bonus credits on my rapid rewards account! I should be pretty close to getting a free flight by now so I have to wait for my credits to post to see if there are. How sweet would that be to get a free flight for May?! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

I actually had a dream last night that we were on the cruise. Can you believe it, 6+ months away and I'm already Disney dreaming.

Oh and my 180 day mark is November 20th for the second part of my trip. I'm thinking of doing LE Cellar at Epcot for lunch one day and the night before the cruise eating at Shutters at CBR.

For our Dis meet we are doing 2 days May 21 and 22 one day were thinking of meeting up at Epcot and the other going to Ohana and the polynesian for a Dis dinner.

The park hours should be out soon for May so I can't wait to really start planning. I'm thinking of hanging at CBR the day before the cruise, having dinner at shutters and then heading to MK for the parade and fireworks. But I don't know for sure.

Ohh I just love planning. Thats half the fun of going on a Disney vaca...ok maybe not half the fun but its fun for passing the time. :goodvibes

DH was thrilled the Red Sox won!
He had his hat on for weeks! :lmao:

Time for us to start planning our DIS Meet!
There is work to do! :rotfl:

Wohoo! Tell him Red Sox nation unites! :lmao: I wish I could of went into Boston for the rolling rally but I had to work. Darn being responsible.

We have lots of planning to do! This time 2 days to plan for!!

Happy Halloween Everyone!!
My bonus credits posted to Southwest and it looks like I only need 1 more credit till my free flight. So I wont have a free flight for my trip in May :(

But...if things are cheap enough I may be taking a short trip next Fall to use up that free flight. Can't let that go to waste right? So there you have it I have officially gone crazy. this trip isnt even close to being planned yet and I'm already thinking about another trip. Just send me to the Disney crazy house now. :lmao:

Alright so the park hours for May 08 were released (well all except for Future World at Epcot) and it's time to really start planning.

And as much as I really hate planning where I'm going to be eating for my table service you really have to think about it if you want a certain place and time. I generally don't do too many of the table service places because I'm totally fine with counter service. But I've read so many great things about some of these restraunts that I just have to try them.

So heres what I'm thinking for restraunts:
Le Cellier Steakhouse -Lunch

Ohana-Dis meet dinner

Grand Floridian Cafe-Dinner
Or
Concourse Steak House-Dinner
Or
Kona Cafe-Dinner

I need your help deciding between those last 3. I want to do one of those the night before the cruise. I'm going to be relaxing at CBR that day and want to go out for a nice dinner and then head over to the MK. So whats your opinions??

I think Kona would be my choice for the night before... get you in the mood...The GF is good too, but most people rave about Kona!!!

I would go to Kona, then you can get a Lapu Lapu in honour of the Dis!:thumbsup2 It could also be your celebratory drink since you are now able to legally drink.

I always hated traveling in the States before I turned 21 because the drinking age in Canada is 19. So I was able to have a drink with dinner up here but not in the States. So annoying.:headache:

Hmmm your right Kona would put me in the tropical mood.

Hmmmm I totally forgot about that! That could be my b-day dinner  . I have one question though what is in a Lapu lapu? I know it comes in a pineapple but never payed attetion because I knew I coulnt have it.

Speaking of turning 21 I cant wait to head over to Epcot and finally get to have one of those margaritas!! I'm so excited!

That must of stunk going from Canada to the States. My friend goes to college up in Canada and she said its nice to go out to a restraunt and get to have a drink with dinner.

oy I've been so out of the loop lately, gah. Just got caught up with you again...I also agree with Kona...I've heard nothing but good things about it! And HEY, I'm going there in December so I will give you a review and maybe that will help? And I also second the same reasons...the night before you cruise and its tropical, and they have fruity drinks mmmmmmm. Sounds good to me!

I pulled this from a website.
Lapu Lapu - Myers Rum and Tropical Juices served in a Pineappleand topped with "Barcardi 151"

I will ask one of my fellow Fockers if they have the recipe since it is pretty much the official drink of TFW.

Ok so it was a very rainy day here in NH so what better way to spend the day off than shopping and a movie?!

I headed out to the mall this morning for some Christmas and B-day shopping for friends and family. There are a lot of Nov, Dec b-days I have to buy for so starting early is a good thing. Specially where the malls are going to be getting crazy in the next couple weeks. :scared1:

Anyway I can't make a trip to the mall without a stop in the Disney store. I ended up walking out of there with this wicked cute ornamant for the tree

Its Cinderella's glass slipper! How cute is that? The woman said they have been flying and they already sold 4 more before me. She also said they were going to be getting a Tink ornamant in soon so I will have to check back to see that one.

Also I went into Best Buy and saw the display for the Ratatouille movie and I just had to get the DVD. Now I hadnt even seen the movie but I love all the other Pixar movies, I use to go to school for culinary and I went to Paris a few months ago so thats the whole background of the movie right there and I figured I would love it. I'm kind of an impulse shopper if you can't tell.
So now I'm the proud owner of...

Now after my shopping spree at the mall I stopped at the store to get my little brother some juice since he was home from school sick. We spent the afternoon watching ratatouille and it's such a cute movie! Remy is so cute and I just love the whole idea of him being able to cook. And loved the views of Paris in the movie, they were so life like!

So my Disney day didn't end there...
I figured since the hourse are out and my 180 day mark is on Nov 20 I should start planning out my days. Yes I know I'm crazy! But planning is half the fun right?! So anyway heres what I'm thinking so far...

I thought it was so cute. I'm getting into collecting the Disney Chrismas ornaments now. Haha I'm going to be in trouble next time I head to DTD to the Christmas store.

I loved that movie. My brother and I had a blast watching it (even though he thinks hes too old to be watching Disney movies  )

I am so glad that you decided on Kona! :goodvibes

You will probably get to WDW between 10-11 after the cruise. You have to leave the ship by 8:30 at the latest I believe and it is 1 1/2 trip from the port so I think you will have plenty of time for DTD or the Boardwalk.

Me too :goodvibes I think you guys are right, it's really going to get me in the tropical mood.

Oh wow 10 or 11 is a lot earlier than I thought. Thanks so much for the info, I knew you would know. :)

I still got to grab the Cruise passporter. Maybe I'll do that this weekend.
Thanks again Lessa!
