Happiness Tickets?

I was taking a look at prices for tickets, we are looking into changing our plans to visit Japan and was looking into visiting Tokyo Sea

But when I took a look at prices, there were the normal prices, but then there were Happiness tickets that were priced cheaper. I know this year is the Happiness year and I'm assuming they are part of that.
Am I correct?

Does anyone know if we can purchase the special tickets online or does it have to be there? Or vise versa?

May I ask where you are seeing these Happiness tickets?

I see the the Happiness multi-day passports for ages 60 and over and I know there's a special discount through mid-July on weekdays.

No, I found them when going like I was purchasing my tickets.

Yeah I was ... but it was just a normal happiness ticket (not for seniors). I tried doing it again but it's not popping up. Huh, maybe it was a glitch?
