Please can anyone tell me if and when the happiest celebratoin on earth ends?

Disney normally runs celebrations like this for 18 months..that what they did for the 75th birthday, the 100 years of disney magic celebration.

mommykds is correct. the happiest celebration on earth/50 th anniversary is a 18 month long celebration. so may 2005 - nov 2006.
