Well the plan of the day was as follows:
Tim to get ready at the villa with guests.
Girls:
5am Wake up and get ready
7.15am Leave resort via bus transportation
8.15am Breakfast at Crystal Palace MK park with Winnie & friends
9am Taxi/bus back from MK park
9.20am Arrive at resort
9.30am Dress Steaming at hotel room
10am Anna arrives for hair and makeup
10.45am Dad, Chris & Ian arrive from villa
12pm Randy due to arrive
12pm - 12.30pm Photos at resort with Randy
12.15pm Tim picked up from villa
12.15pm Surprise reveal to my Dad
12.30pm Randy leaves to go to Grand Floridian
1pm Tim arrives at Grand Floridian
1pm Randy arrives at Grand Floridian
1pm Stan arrives at Grand Floridian & sets up at Pavilion
1pm Hannah checks out at Port Orleans
1.15pm Limo takes Hannah to Grand Floridian
1.30pm Tim leaves to go to Wedding Pavilion round the back
1.30pm Hannah arrives at Grand Floridian main entrance
2.15pm Leave to go to Wedding Pavilion
2.30pm Ceremony at Grand Floridian
2.50pm Photos at location after ceremony
3.30pm Second limo arrives to take the 2nd party to American Adventure
3.45pm Both parties leave to go to Epcot for reception
4pm Met by guide behind AA in Epcot and escorted to venue
4pm Violinist
4.10pm Anouncements
4.10pm 1st Dance
4.15pm Mickey & Minnie arrive
4.25pm Cake cutting
4.30pm Pre reception begins
4.45pm Mickey & Minnie leave
4.45pm Last photos to be taken
5pm Randy & Stan leave
5.30pm Pre reception ends
5.30pm Dining room opens
5.35pm Wedding toasts
5.40pm Dinner is served
7.15pm Dinner ends
7.15pm Guests move to living room area
7.20pm Relax
7.30pm Cake served
8pm Conclusion of event
8pm Other guests arrive at American Adventure ready to be escorted with bridal party.
8.15pm Guests escorted to UK loch side
8.30pm Dessert party
9.15pm Illuminations begin
9.30pm Dessert Party ends
9.30pm Escorted backstage through UK picked up in sedans
