If anyone out there knows what an upsell is, I would really appreciate the info. After six tries this morning on ticketmaster, I was able to get 4 not very good but expensive seats for the St. Louis concert. I don't understand ticketmaster, because right at 10:00 and for the first five minutes, no seats were avaible and they really only give you one minute to respond. At least I got tickets. I had hoped for something better after waiting weeks, checking my email 10 times a day, and paying $30 for mileyworld membership. I have searched everywhere trying to figure out what the upsell is tomorrow at 10:00am. Please help!!! Anyone?

Yes, if you were already a member before today's Pre-Sale, then you could buy today. If you are not already a member, starting tomorrow you can buy your membership to mileyworld.com and your concert tickets (if any remain) at the same time. If you don't want to pay your $30 to join mileyworld, then you get to wait until Saturday (or whenever your location's day rolls around) for the 'public' dates.

My first request for four seats failed; I eventually submitted a request for two tickets and that one succeeded. Subsequent attempts would only let me try for two additional tickets (more than that and it said that my code had been exceeded). All of my subsequent attempts have failed, telling me that they are probably sold out of pre-sale tickets.

Following up to my own post--I was finally able to get two more tickets about 15-20 minutes into the pre-sale. They were in the next section closer and were actually better seats--the next section closer and about ten rows down. My business partner got in about 5 minutes after that and got 4 together!

So my experience is that (1) you may not get four tickets initially, and (2) you may have to decide whether to try for a fewer number of tickets without knowing whether you'd eventually get four together or not. A tough choice for most of us who are taking pre-teen children!

A call to ticketmaster after the fact yielded no resolution or improvement at all. Do I feel like I got a good value for the $50.20 "convenience fee" I paid to ticketmaster today? Absolutely not.

I just played around with a couple of venues that went on sale today and was disappointed to find nothing with 4 seats available and those with 1 or 2 seats were further from the stage than I expected for a fan club presale. I'm a member of a different fan club and you are pretty much guaranteed a spot in the first 15 rows.

I have to wait until Sept 4 to see what I'll actually be able to get.

AC is such a great venue! Just be careful b/c it is small and will probably sell out quick. Especially since Philly is so close and on a Monday night, people may choose to drive to AC for the weekend show.

I will probably be taking mine to Philly since it is just down 95 for us, I didn't think that our area went on sale or presale yet did it?? I looked @ ticketmaster & it didn't say anything about Philly dates, I know Monday night will not good because they have school the next , "Um, she will be late for school today because she went to a concert last night" Oh well, But I think that it said the "presale" for Philly was TBD--most of the same dates around that time will be one sale Sept 27 or something like that, I will be in Disney @ that time so I will get Dsister to get them for me.

Altho I could find them for 3, PLENTY of choices, they were ALL to the sections at the opposite end. Floor seats were rows 20+, when people are standing, yuck...
When I called Ticketmaster, the gal said they only have certain sections released for the presale. I am gambling and waiting for Saturday. When you spend that kind of money...
