Go back through Miley's website to get to the ticket sales. When you pick your concert venue, it should bring your code back up. Make sure you aren't typing a number in for a letter, or vice-versa. Good luck!

I tried to order tickets and was unable to on the ticketmaster website, said my code was not valid WHAT! I joined the fan club 2 days ago, got my code which is an alpha numeric code 10 characters long, I have shared it with no one mentioned it to no one, how could this be? For those that successfully ordered, did you enter your code on the ticketmaster site where it said password? I tried caps first then no caps just in case, but I was shut out! I want to try again for the Denver show on sale in about a half hour, if anyone had a similar experience please let me know, and if anyone has any idea what may have gone wrong please let me know as well, 32 minutes to solve this! Thanks!

Hi! There was a place to the right of where you entered the number of tickets to put the code. Not, where it says password, that's your ticketmaster password if you have an account. Hope that helps.

It's definitely limited! I went back in to try again just for the heck of it, and it said all seats for this promotion are sold!

That is what it told me when I tried to use my same code again...I think it's just that the promo code was at it's limit though.

I double checked the code, and tried to enter it multiple times, as far as where to enter it on the ticketmaster site, I entered it where it said mileyworld dot com fan club presale- it had a place for amout of tickets then I choose the price9went for ant price best available) then the last box said password and I entered my code???

We are also going to Moline and got floor seats in row 23 #1&2, DD doesn't understand that we can't get front row. Oh well... it's a 4 hour drive there and we will be staying overnight. Can't wait!

I keep trying to get on mileyworld so I can join the fan club, but all I get is a plain screen with no words. HELP!!!!!! Is anyone else having this problem?

When I first tried to join using my code from the CD, I got the blank screen. I tried going in through firefox instead of internet explorer and it worked fine in firefox.

The site might just be really busy with all of the presales going on today.

Well, we got locked out too, trying too many times... I called ticketmaster, asking if she could see specific sections that I wanted, and she told me that they only have a limited number with limited sections. (it's online only too, btw) SOooo, we will try Saturday... I just do not want to drive 2 hrs, spending 54.00 a tix, for bad seats, then drive home at night since the girls have school.
We'll try Saturday, if we can't get what I want, then DD will still have Disney in November.

Well, for whatever reason, everything went smooth with my order in Denver, the code worked fine and we got 4 seats-Guess I'll never know what went wrong at the Illinois venue, must have been operator error one way or another , just FYI the place to enter your mileyworld code is in the box that says password, and I did get my tickets by purchasing the CD at walmart the other day and using my free 30 day trial membership at mileyworld, did not have to upgrade. Thanks to this board once again for all the great info as usual! My daughter will be thanking you big time as well when she gets home from school and finds out what Mom has been up to this morning

My first request for four seats failed; I eventually submitted a request for two tickets and that one succeeded. Subsequent attempts would only let me try for two additional tickets (more than that said that my code had been exceeded). All of my subsequent attempts have failed, telling me that they are probably sold out of pre-sale tickets.

I do know that the ten digit codes are different from one person to the next; one of my business partners was trying simultaneously and had a different code.

or do you just go to ticketmaster.com

You mean the password you used to get into Mileyworld? That's not the right one. Use the code that you get on the Tickets page once you've logged in at Mileyworld (go to your venue, click the "Buy Tickets" link, and your code will pop up).
