Hannah Montana Rules the World! TONS OF PICS, UPDATE 11/1!

Hi Leyla! I `ve reading bits and pieces of your TR, I followed your link from Farrahs TR,,Hi Farrah! I have to get to the videos! everyone is saying they are great! you have a beautiful family! :cutie: Hopefully I`ll get to the actual trip! I think I left off at your first (rainy day) at the pool with Bella..I liked the pictures of Mystic! We live in Westerly! how far are you from Mystic? Carrie

Hmmmm, try "...Until WDW with Pierresgirl!"
Have fun at your party tonight!

PERFECT suggestion - thanks, Vacation Lover, much appreciated! :flower3:

And the party WAS fun ... it included yummy snacks, a World Championship for my team, and, of course, some DIS planning chat! :goodvibes After talking with Leyla last night, I have been considering Animal Kingdom as the second park for our trip (as opposed to Magic Kingdom - Epcot is already on the list as a "must-see").

Anyone have thoughts on MK and AK that they'd like to share?

Hmm....hard to say. The Magic Kingdom is THE park. However, I dig the Animal Kingdom. It's a park that is an atypical theme park. It really requires you to slow down to enjoy it. Plus..you can drink alcohol in AK and not MK.

Thanks for the shout out! I feel special! :) Sorry I've been MIA, works been nuts again ...

the videos are a hoot - "I'm done!" gotta love that Cooper! and I like the darker hair ... but I'm biased because my hair's pretty dark too. But you're making me miss my long hair!

and congrats on your Sox, your party must have been rockin' and the cupcakes looked adorable too - you're probably one of those disgustingly perfect hostesses! I'm sad the report is done, but will look forward to the next pre-trippie

Hey Abby! Perfect hostess??!! I think NOT! All my stuff comes out of boxes, bags and cans :lmao: or I call Bob for pizza!

That martini is looking good right about now--since it's happy hour time here in CA. :drinking1 :drinking1

Your hair looks great. You and Farrah...I love red hair.:thumbsup2

Thanks Jordan! I always crack up when I see that Sunsilk ad where the girl is in a neck brace for whipping her hair around :lmao: The drink was yummy but I only had 1.

Hey you!! I lOVE the hair-- I am all about the red....The darker does look really good on you! Do you change up your hair color alot? I know the girls at my salon are ALWAYS doing something to there hair--colors like purples, deeeeeep red, black underneith with red tip etc. do you do that often?? I prolly would if I had access to a stylist and everlasting supply of hair color for free!! Maybe I shpuld get into the beautity academy around here! I would love it!!!

Hi Farrah! I don't actually ever do anything different, this was the first time I put red in it as well as going dark (since having Cooper). I'm boring as far as stylists go but I like my hair the way it is so... I like the trendy looks (clothes, hair, etc) but always go back to the classic looks since they work for me. You should go for it, it's fun!

Hi and welcome! I love downtown Westerly, it's so cute! I'm about 5 mins from Mystic, near the casino so very close to you! Thanks for reading :goodvibes

BUSTED!!! Bella just said "She's going to Disney???!!!!!" then "If she goes she can write a trip report" Had to fluff over that one quick, as far as they are concered it's a spa getaway!

:scratchin Good point! The two times I've been there I didn't REALLY check it out, just sort of flew through there. Ecogirl a big animal lover and I told her that while I think MK is where all the classic Disney stuff is there's loads of good stuff in each park. I want her to pick what she wants to do and AK would interest her the most.

Just finished your TR --- great job ... getting excited about our December trek. Took a few notes from your TR to help on our trip. Quick question ... what was your favorite restaurant? Looking forward to your last installment ... when is it coming?! popcorn::

I am so excited by reading your pre-trip planning. I have NEVER been to WDW before and i am bringing my family over the New Years (Dec 30-Jan 6)and i have been on every website trying to learn more and determine what we want to do. What dining? What rides we can ride? What events to see? Cost saving tips - you name it. I have learned more from your boards than anything. I have a 5 year old boy & 7 year old girl (who is ALSO a large Hannah Montanna fan) WE are going to her concert in Michigan in December. And Club Libby Lu - My daughter chose 6 of her friends and we did that last year for her Birthday too. Too funny.... Im on page 12 and this is my first reply. I just wanted to say thanks for the more than interesting tips. I cant stop reading, Im up till weeee hours inthe night every night reading your pages. Tell me more... Im looking for as much advise as i can find:banana:

Where did you get your baggage tags from already? And i didnt even know you could print boarding passes? I have truely traveled dont get me wrong but.......does that eliminate the long line at the airport???

Hey Merman! I'd have to say that Wolfgang Pucks was the winner for both of us! Great food, nice atmosphere. Thanks for reading and my next installment will be up very soon!

:welcome: thanks for reading and posting! Club Libby Lu was so much fun and we'll be going back! I hope you managed to get through the report and pick up some tips! The baggage tags were sent to me by AAA through Disney so if you are staying in one of their resorts you will get some too as well as the yellow Magical Express tags. I think most airlines let you print boarding passes but I don't know how much it speeds the line along. I've never had to wait in crazy airport lines so... I'm not sure what card you mean :confused3

Hi Leyla
So much to catch up on!
Been working so no time for DISing. Taken a job in the Disney Store until Christmas, which I love but am spending way more than I earn!:rolleyes1
And I'm always at the mall, so you can imagine what thats like!
My kids think I'm really cool though, always coming home with all the latest toys.
Love the new hair color, and still subbing!

WEll I wish i had read all this before i boked my room I am NOT staying in Walt Disney My Real Estate Partner gave me a week stay in Kissimmee from her timeshare for my birthday. I decided to use it after Xmas to spend witht he kids over NEw Years and my daughter's 8th BDAY. WE are abount 3 miles from MK. I see the many perks now after reading 44 pages of your DIS. How does the photopass work?? If you are not staying in Disney, are we still able to use monorails and such??

Great pics:thumbsup2

Bella.....was it her idea putting the knife on her head? Classic.:)

Not looking forward to the end of your TR....:sad2:

they looked great in their costumes.

This is going to be my final :guilty: trip installment so stop by and say goodbye if you're still reading or even if you've been lurking! You have all been a great audience :worship: , thank you, thank you very much! I also developed Cooper's camera from the trip today so I'm going to include the pics he took since they came out hella better than Bella's!

Nice shot of Southwest as we head out!

IMG027.jpg

Since we were in the front row of the plane we got to be the first off, very nice indeed! We got to the baggage claim and guess who's stuff came out first? OURS! Jackpot! :woohoo: We went outside and Bob pulled up about a minute afterwards and we hopped in for the ride home. MAN, it sucked being back in cold CT, I tell ya! We got home and as soon as we walked in the door Southwest called and said we won a free trip to Disney!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, that's a lie. :rolleyes1 Sorry. Pierre accidentally took the wrong bag. Ooooh, not good! It was exactly the same so he had to take it back to the airport but they said he could wait till morning, thankfully. We was tired! At least we knew ours had nothing worth stealing, it was full of dirty laundry. :laundy: We all crashed, I had to work in the morning and both kids had school :teacher: they were dying to get back and tell their friends all about the trip.

Did we get any dreams??? No YOMD dreams BUT we did score the Hannah tix!

Did we like the Caribbean Beach Resort??? Yes, the resort is pretty and the OPR pool is great BUT I obviously did not like the whole internal bus shuttle and they should allow PIZZA on the kids menu!

Did Cooper meet the Power Rangers??? Uh, NO

Did they love the Pirate Cruise??? Bella - a HUGE resounding YES!!!!!! Cooper- uh, NO

Did I get alot of sleeping pics for Jordan??? Yeppers!

What lines DID we stand in??? Flame Tree BBQ for about 45 mins! Other than that, none really.

Does Bob ever want to go back??? Yeppers, he didn't want to leave!

Will he pay for US to go next year??? Uh, NO!

Stay tuned and you'll see.... You stayed tuned and DID see!!!

Sorry to see it end:sad2: , Leyla, but I certainly have enjoyed your pre-trip and your TR. You made things interesting, had lots of good pictures, and I really enjoyed you and your great family. Looking forward to your next pre-trip - drop me a PM when you start it (please).
