Hanging Bathing Suits?

Are the walls of the bathrooms title capable of putting those little suctioning things on them? We always have the problem of mildly wet suits still drying in the tub when someone needs to take a shower. I know move and then move back. However, this never seems to happen. Does anyone remember?

I believe you could stick those suction cup things to the tiles but the suits would still get wet if you left them there while someone was showering.....I use the back of the door hook a lot and I also bring clothes pins to clip the suits to the chairs on the verandah (when we have one) to help the drying process.

Or you can hang the bathing suits on the hangers that are provided in every room. They dry pretty fast like that.

There's one of those pull out clothes lines in the shower. I did bring clothes pins so that I could fit more on there. Someone had posted in the past to hang them upside down so the seat area dries first. Great hint!!!

Just be very careful what you put on the verandah and for how long. I left a pair of blue pants out there to dry and forgot about them. They were out there for about two days. When I brought them in, they were all sun bleached and faded!

I brought plastic hangers (I brought extra hangers anyway) with us and put the suits on the hangers and then put the hangers on that pull out clothesline in the shower - you could put more suits on there at once.

the hair dryer works good for this. I used ours to dry my swimming shoes. It does get hot and will dry your things fast

I thought you were gonna say they wouldn't be there...

I guess the airflow doesn't kick your clothes off the verandah wall ??? :confused3

I would not hang anything on the veranda wall...too breezy....I put the stuff to dry on the chairs out there.

I brought some spring clothes pins and clipped things on the chairs on the veranda..they would work in bathroom too.

We used the suction cup hooks and they worked great for us, especially since the girls couldn't reach the clothesline. With the hooks, they can hang their suits up themselves and their googles to dry.

DH and I use the clothesline for our suits.

No, I had put them on the chair, not the wall.

I threw ours into the dryer for 10-15 minutes until they were all dried.

:wave2: We took the plastic pants/skirt hangers with spring type clips. This works well with 2 piece suits. I hung them on the towel rack on the shower side of the bath. (I didn't even see the clothesline) They also had multiple suits to rotate. The suits were never wet enough to drip. It worked fine :goodvibes

I like this thread... :teeth:

Our cabin is near a laundry room. I like the dryer idea-we got four ladies in one room, that's alotta clothes line ;)

Are there specified hours the laundryroom is available or is it open all the time?
