Friends of mine are coming to visit and they asked where my favorite on-property hang out bars are. There are plenty of places on property to get signature drinks and usually my friends and I don't plant ourselves in one place. So I ask you all, what are your favorite bars to pass a few hours in?

Other than jellyrolls and HoB. I think they just want a fun place to have good drinks but still be able to talk without having to yell over the music. So let's hear your favorites!

Gurgling Suitcase, Territory Lounge, La Cava del Tequila, Tune Inn Lounge, Victoria Falls, Tambu Lounge (just wait until Trader Sams opens though), Mizners, the Wave, Crews Cup Lounge, Bluezoo, Il Mulino, Rose & Crown Pub (except during food & wine festival), Sanaa, Lava Lounge (Rainforest Cafe DTD), Raglan Road (can get loud), Dawa Bar.

Tambu Lounge, CA Grill bar and the bar at 50's Prime Time.

In all these years I've never actually been to 50s Prime Time! I'll definitely have to check it out. CA Grill and Tambu are great suggestions. CA Grill is one of my favorite restaurants! Thanks for posting!

Gurgling Suitcase will he perfect because they're staying at OKW! Thanks for the extra detail! Thanks for posting!

From the back entrance of EPCOT take a walk to either Boardwalk Inn Carousel bar at the pool or my favorite Hurricane Hannah's at the Beach Club pool (right on the walkway) for a tasty frozen Mango Margarita!:wizard:

Thank you! Those sound great too!

I like Outer Rim @ Contemporary. Nice bartenders.

ETA: OMG! I just looked at the All Ears menu list and Outer Rim is no longer there!!! :(

Citricos has a nice size bat and it's usually not crowded. Cali girl bar is great too if you can get in. Not signature but ESPN is also a good option.

We like the bar at Il Mulino. In addition to regular bar-food, You can order anything you want from the restaurant menu.

If I had to pick, my favorites are Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian and Misner's Lounge at the Grand Floridian. Great bartenders at both and lots of fun :thumbsup2 At Misner's you can order off of the Citrico's menu and I usually get my favorite dessert, the banana chocolate torte.

The bar at 50's Prime Time is really high on the list too.

Are these, and other pool bars, only open during the daytime?

I've been getting great reviews about Prime Time! I may have to go before they get here. I'm so surprised I've never been and everyone seems to love it! Also, the banana chocolate torte is amazing! Thanks for posting!

We were surprised to have a lot of fun at the lounge at POR. I went into it thinking that an act called "YeeHaw Bob" would be awful, but it was actually a lot of fun.

You're right! That doesn't sound like the best of times but it really is a lot of fun! Thanks for posting!

If we are traveling with a group we'll usually get the guys together and hit up ESPN at the Boardwalk for a couple of hours. Catch a game and catch up on the home teams

Yes! ESPN and then some of the bars over at DTD are also fun. Bongos is a cool atmosphere when it's not too packed!
