Has anyone ever seen Handy Manny and the tools at any of the parks? If yes, where? My DS(4) would love to meet them.

You can meet Handy Manny outside the Playhouse Disney Show (he switches off and on with JoJo & Goliath) then at the other end the Little Einsteins switched off and on but we didn't get a chance to meet them except at lunch (Leo & June) - Here's a pic:
