Handling more than 1 resport

Hi,
We have 235 pts at BWV and 50 at BCV. How do people handle
keeping track of these points? We have our trips scheduled
through 2005 (I know, a bit crazy, but this is why we bought DVC). I have the points on a spread sheet, but just realized
that some I can book in the 11 month window, and some in the 7 month.

Does anyone have a spread sheet that they use to keep track so they don't mess it up???

Caskbill is working on a program to track points- even from multiple resorts.

In the meantime, I've been using Microsoft Money to track my DVC accounts.

Just set up an account for each contract and enter the deposits made (point allocation) and withdrawals made (reservations) and it works very well. The only problem is that the points are tracked as dollars.

Indeed the computer programs are great. Because I am somewhat computer challenged, I seem to always fall back on the 'paper and pecil method'.
