I did a quick search in the forum and nothing came up on this.
I booked a trip last night to DLP. Firstly I made a call for a quote and was told there was a credit card charge of 10. That was fine. The last time I had booked a trip I also paid a charge of 10.
However when I called a second time last night to book the trip I was told that the charge was 15! I said it to the CM that on the previous call I had been told that it was 10! She insisted that I was wrong and that it was 15. I then told her who I had previously been talking to and she put me on hold. She came back and said that it was infact 15 and that I had been told 10 by "human error". She then went on to tell me that the charge had always been 15 and that it was never 10! Which is wrong because when I booked in August I paid 10.
I found the CM quite rude and when I asked her when had the charge been increased from 10 to 15 she said that it had always been 15!
