Do they still issue these and what are the requirments? I had knee surgery and am unable to go up stairs. There are just a few rides like Indy, Thunder Thunder Moutain, Splash (if it is open when we go) that have me concerned. Would they issue me some type of pass just for those rides with steps? We have no problem standing in the lines, it is just stairs that I cannot do. Any advice?

No problem, just stop at City Hall and explain your problem. Technically a doctor's note is not needed, but it doesn't hurt to bring one, just as a backup.

For stairs they won't even blink twice, just tell them what exactly what the problem is so they can give you the best pass for your situation, perhaps you think only stairs will be a problem, but in general they know best, of course insist on at least a pass for stairs.

I would call and see what the current requirements are. I remember a past thread stating that some of the HC pas rules have changed. Just a thought.

I go on a regular basis, for stairs there is nothing required or even questioned about it, any further assistance you may need could be difficult depending on the CM you get.
