Handicap parking

On our last trip we tried to figure out the handicap parking near the DLH. Unfortunately, we went to the guard house, he told us to turn right, get a ticket and come back. I could never find a place for a ticket. We have AP's so parking was to be free anyways.

In the end, he got tired of me and just let us in. However, how do I do the parking properly for the future?

Hi,

I'm a dreams AP holder at DLP, I find the parking great for disabled people. I've been going back and fore for years, the last visit was January so providing things haven't changed all you should need to do is show your parking badge at the entrance to the car parks, where you would usually pay for parking and the cast member will then give you a four digit code for the car park. Just be mindful that the code changes on a daily basis, so if your staying more than ones ah you'll need to get a be code each day :)

I have found that sometimes the CM needs promoting to give you the code so don't be afraid to ask.

Hope this helps

The only way to enter the handicapped parking is by entering a code at the barrier. In order to obtain the code (which changes daily) you need to go through the main vehicle Disneyland Paris Park entrance and be given it at the booth where you will show your APs and blue badge or equivalent. As far as I can gather that is the only place where the code can be given. When staying at a hotel we have asked at the concierge and at City Hall inside the park but everyone says we have to go to the entrance booths. This means if we are moving the car from a hotel car park (which would be more convenient on the last day) we have to make the 8 (yes, eight!) kilometre detour round from the hotel to the main entrance just in order to get the code!

If anyone can tell different I will be very interested.

The disabled car park itself is accessed by keeping right on going through the main entrance and following the lane round alongside the coach part of the main park car park to the roundabout for the DLH car park entrance. At this roundabout turn right (there is a barrier here too which usually opens automatically) and then the disabled car park is a little further on, on the right. Punch in your code at the barrier. This car park is very close to the park entrance by Salon Mickey and is also right by the back entrance to the DLH.

Hope this rather long-winded explanation helps! :goodvibes
